If appropriate, he can accept you as a patient in his own medical/pain clinic with expedited scheduling for VIP members within days instead of weeks or months.  Possibly, your problem may be handled within the medical spa without additional charge as part of your VIP membership. (The services in just the VIP section are worth $600 if valued individually).
